Telehealth Heart Failure Registered Nurse

📋 Description Remote full-time RN role specializing in cardiology and heart failure to monitor and manage patients. Triage patients using protocols; escalate to appropriate care when needed. Conduct virtual nursing assessments of symptoms, adherence, and disease progression. Educate patients and caregivers on heart failure meds, adherence, and side effects. Monitor vital signs and survey responses; document changes and interventions. Manage patient calls; recognize urgent situations and initiate emergency interventions as directed. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required). Active, unrestricted RN license in a compact state. Minimum 3 years in cardiology, heart failure management, or critical care. Strong GDMT knowledge for heart failure management. Experience with patient phone triage or telemedicine; comfortable with virtual vital sign monitoring devices. Proficient with EMRs and Google products; HIPAA-compliant remote work. 🎁 Benefits Full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm local time. Benefits package provided. Ability to work from home.
