IT Team Leader

📋 Description Provide friendly and effective IT support to the entire team. Troubleshoot issues; ensure right equipment and knowledge. Proactively suggest and implement IT improvements. Balance daily tasks with long-term IT projects. Lead and mentor team members to develop SMEs. Identify bottlenecks and streamline ticket resolutions. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years IT support; macOS & Windows. Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end. Excellent communication across all levels. Cloud-first stack: SSO, MDM (Jamf/Intune), Google. Infrastructure: Networking, AV, cloud telephony, Zendesk, JIRA.
