📋 Description Define and track quality metrics for critical domains. Design built-in quality strategy (shift-left, contract testing, synthetic monitoring). Own ticketing pipeline; triage issues and escalate as needed. Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted quality tools for test generation and analysis. Audit and expand automated test coverage across unit, integration, API, and end-to-end. Refine production testing practices (canary releases, synthetic transactions, dashboards). 🎯 Requirements 5+ years experience with quality metrics and holistic quality. Strong CI/CD, version control, APIs, and large-scale web apps. Experience applying AI tools to test planning, triage, automation. Proven ability to lead quality-focused programs across teams.
