📋 Description Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in telehealth. Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments. Maintain a caseload of 30-40; 20-26 hours direct care. Participate in initial and ongoing trainings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and outside providers. Utilize Equip’s EMR for messaging and documentation. 🎯 Requirements Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Tennessee. Ability to support a diverse caseload of patients of all ages. Passion for evidence-based care and treatment. Provide care 2 evenings per week until 8pm. Enthusiastic, strong team player. Ability to deliver care virtually. 🎁 Benefits Earning range: $71,000 to $92,000 annually plus 15% bonus. Flex PTO: 3-5 weeks plus 11 paid holidays. Core benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D.
