Occupational Therapist

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform thorough evaluations of functional status (ADL/IADL, endurance, coordination, communication). Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; plan individualized interventions. Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers to independence. Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations to improve outcomes. Continually reassess and revise the care plan with the team. 🎯 Requirements Current VA Occupational Therapist license. Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience. Graduation from an AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
