Part-Time Payment Specialist, Backup Care

📋 Description Process backup care payments per client contracts. Verify receipts, invoices, and W-9 and banking details. Calculate reimbursement and direct-pay amounts per policy. Communicate payment status to members and providers. Maintain accurate records of reimbursements and direct-pay transactions. Escalate discrepancies to the Payments Manager as needed. 🎯 Requirements No degree required. Prior AP/bookkeeping or money-handling experience preferred. Learn and apply multiple client contract terms and policies. Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication.
