📋 Description Lead Gruve Tech's global FP&A function, including AOP and forecasts. Build long-range financial models to support growth strategy and investments. Partner with Exec Leadership and GTM teams to provide financial insights. Create board-level reporting and dashboards with SaaS KPIs. Support pricing strategy, business cases, and M&A evaluations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive finance and FP&A experience. Proven experience leading FP&A in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or enterprise software company. Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting. Experience partnering with Sales and Go-to-Market teams to support strategic growth.
