Lifecycle mastery: oversee end-to-end equity awards; PIUs and MEPUs. Compliance leadership: manage Section 83(b) elections and 409A valuations. Platform innovation: lead Shareworks admin; maintain SOX controls and SOPs. Empower through education: design and deliver clear global equity communications. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in equity accounting and administration (private and public). Senior Individual Contribution: independent, lead high-impact projects. Analytical excellence: advanced Excel; global reconciliations. Effective communication: translate data into actionable narratives. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent). Certified Equity Professional (CEP) bonus.
