📋 Description Work with individuals with Autism/IDD to reduce challenging behaviors. School-based role in Oahu with local school districts. Directly support students in the classroom per service plan. Establish relationships with clients and school teams. Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers. Document interventions, progress, and collect behavior data. 🎯 Requirements Be at least 18 years of age. Associate or Bachelor degree OR 48 credits incl Math 100 and English 100 OR HS Diploma with ParaPro. No experience necessary.
