📋 Description Own delivery of Passenger iOS/Android/Web apps; remote role for Poland. Involved in technical implementation, design discussions and code reviews; raise quality. Drive integration of Justride SDK and public APIs into Passenger apps. Lead migrations, release management, rollout planning and deployment. Support engineering practices enabling effective delivery. Lead engineers with regular 1:1s, coaching and feedback. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on engineer proficient in Swift/UIKit or Kotlin/Coroutines. Led technical delivery with code review and design guidance. Managed and grew engineers; 1:1s, coaching and feedback. Experience with multi-tenant or white-label apps. Delivery of production apps, migrations or modernization.
