📋 Description Lead structuring, negotiation, and closing of third-party capital. Support debt and tax equity structures for asset financing. Join deal team across structuring, due diligence, and execution to closing. Build debt/tax equity financial models for optimization. Prepare investor, management, and board materials for decisions. Maintain relationships with banks, direct lenders, tax equity investors, and other providers. 🎯 Requirements 2-5 years in project finance, structured finance, or related fields. Passion for Generate's mission. Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent with strong academics. Strong ownership mentality for modeling, due diligence, and deal execution. Analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities, incl. tax equity & project finance modeling.
