📋 Description Prepare plumbing estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial/industrial projects Review drawings, specs, and bid documents Develop bid packages and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing Manage change orders, estimate revisions, and RFI responses Coordinate estimates for mixed-use developments (residential, hospitality, retail, industrial) Ensure estimates meet project specs, codes, ADA requirements, and client standards 🎯 Requirements Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing estimating experience Experience with NJ/NY/Northeast U.S. plumbing codes Civil Engineering degree or equivalent plumbing qualification preferred Procore, PlanSwift (preferred), Microsoft Excel Experience reading drawings and specs; digital takeoff tools Excellent organizational skills and strong English communication; able to meet bid deadlines
