📋 Description Design and run robust cell-based assays for screens and lead optimization. Culture, maintain and transfect mammalian cell lines; onboard new cell types. Assess RNA and protein readouts to study molecules in pipeline. Perform PCR, qPCR, automated Westerns (Jess/Leo), ELISA, and Western blot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share experimental findings. Document experiments and SOPs in an electronic lab notebook (ELN). 🎯 Requirements BS or MS in biology-related field with 4+ years pharma/biotech exp. Hands-on experience growing and transfecting mammalian cell lines. Strong molecular/cell biology knowledge; primary hepatocytes preferred. Experience designing/executing molecular and cellular assays; ELN docs. Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to prioritize.
