📋 Description Lead the technical foundation of design baselines through requirements and verification campaigns. Manage products across engineering disciplines to meet milestones. Establish product breakdown structures and lifecycle docs. Own verification and validation plans to ensure quality and success criteria. Lead cross-functional guidance on systems engineering across disciplines. Communicate engineering progress to stakeholders to enable strategic planning. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related field. 2+ years in design ownership, systems integration, test engineering; 1+ year SE. Experience leading design reviews (PDR/CDR) and verification campaigns. Hands-on with requirements and project management tools. Strong cross-disciplinary communication and technical leadership.
