Global HRIS Specialist

📋 Description Own the People tooling ecosystem across 17 countries with Workday at core. Configure, test and document Workday across HCM, Absence, Talent. Own the release management cycle: test impacts and deploy features. Troubleshoot workflow and system issues; perform root cause analysis. Take ownership of HR tools outside HRIS (ATS, expense mgmt) and consolidate governance. Partner with Tech for integrations and with external partners to deliver projects. 🎯 Requirements 3-5 years hands-on Workday configuration. Proficient with Workday HCM, reporting and security configuration. Administered at least one other HR tool end-to-end. Translate business needs into system requirements; push back when needed. Structured with data accuracy and multi-country documentation.
