📋 Description Lead initiatives within Elasticsearch to deliver industry-leading search with speed and relevance. Build new search features and fix bugs; design/implement algorithms; optimize for OS/hardware. Work with a globally distributed team focused on vector search capabilities. Be an expert on Elasticsearch search relevance; identify and drive improvements. 🎯 Requirements Experience with search and vector databases; used HNSW/IVF at scale. Strong Java skills: core language, concurrency, lambdas. Experience with data stores like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra. Proven track record using AI to accelerate development and optimize code. Able to work autonomously; design APIs; drive cross-functional initiatives.
