Senior AI Deployment Consultant

📋 Description Lead end-to-end deployment programs for largest customers with Intercom and Fin. Define project scope, success criteria, and timelines aligned to customer goals. Serve as primary customer contact during implementation; manage comms and expectations. Partner with Sales, CS, Eng, and Product to design tailored deployment strategies. Facilitate discovery to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. Configure Intercom features (automation, workflows, reporting) with engineers. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in customer-facing implementation or professional services in SaaS/AI. Proven success managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong technical aptitude with configurations, integrations, APIs, and data flow. Excellent PM skills: structured, proactive, detail-oriented. Exceptional communication and relationship-building with executives and tech stakeholders.
