Perform quantity takeoffs with standard estimating software and AI workflows. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate estimating and analysis. Build cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, subs, overhead. Generate material takeoffs and identify pricing gaps. 🎯 Requirements 3–8+ years of construction estimating experience. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience estimating U.S. construction projects. Experience estimating commercial, public-sector, or government projects. Proficiency with estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, OST.
