📋 Description Own end-to-end planning: budgeting, 3-year plan and rolling forecasts. Define KPI frameworks and conduct deep-dive modelling for strategy. Prepare executive investor materials and Board packs. Shape external strategy and investor relations with leadership. Lead a People Manager to recruit, develop and coach analysts. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive performance insights. 🎯 Requirements Qualified accountant with manager-level FP&A or Commercial Finance experience. Experience in FP&A roles (current or previous). Experience in public or PE-backed environments. Expert-level financial modelling experience. Experience with ERP systems.
