📋 Description Reach out to customers with overdue accounts to discuss payment plans. Answer inbound calls and emails about debt, plans, and energy accounts. Provide excellent service to help business customers resolve debt and credit references. Resolve queries from internal and external partners with a flexible, business-aware approach. Support warrant activities and maintain a resolution mindset toward disconnection when needed.
