📋 Description Own strategic direction and governance of key financial systems (ERP, subledgers, reporting). Oversee configurations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with testing and change controls. Partner with IT to ensure reliable data flows and system performance. Drive enterprise finance transformation projects focused on automation and standardization. Develop and govern a multi-year Finance technology roadmap aligned with growth and controls. Collaborate with executives to drive user adoption and training for new system functionalities. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or transformation. Led at least one enterprise ERP implementation or large-scale finance transformation. Strong understanding of accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and operating models. Proven ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, and governance models.
