📋 Description Own and coordinate audits across financial, regulatory, and data governance per CSSF/ECB/ESMA. Shape multi-year audit roadmap with co-sourced partners across Europe. Synthesize audit findings into reports for exec leadership and board. Drive remediation strategies, validate actions, escalate issues. Partner with Finance/Compliance/Legal/Ops to deliver independent advisory. Develop audit talent and modernize Internal Audit across EMEA. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in internal/external/compliance audit in regulated financial services. Deep knowledge of CSSF/CBL/ECB/EBA/ESMA regulatory regimes. Hands-on audits across financial controls, ops, data governance; COSO/COBIT/SOC 2/ISO 27001.
