📋 Description Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service. Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information. Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals. Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services. Lead outreach at stores and in the community to generate awareness and leads. Assist with applications using iPads or scanners and QR codes. 🎯 Requirements Must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Outgoing, sales‑focused and enjoy speaking with people. Available to work weekends; flexible with rotating schedules. Willing to travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute. Regular, reliable attendance; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; basic computer skills.
