📋 Description Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients at home. Support new case starts, urgent callouts and complex care needs. Precept and mentor new nurses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams. Educate families and caregivers on care plans. Represent BAYADA with professionalism and clinical excellence. 🎯 Requirements Active LPN license in New York. Graduation from an accredited nursing program. 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred). Comfortable working with both adult and pediatric clients.
