📋 Description Follow a designated care plan for patients at home. Make home visits to clients in Salem County, NJ. Administer medications, wound care, and treatments per plan. Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor. Document orders and care notes accurately (EMR). Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management. 🎯 Requirements A current NJ RN license. Minimum of one year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript/diploma). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills.
