📋 Description Primary finance partner to Commercial leadership; provide guidance, insights, and decision support. Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for Commercial. Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and analytics to evaluate revenue, pricing, and growth. Analyze key metrics: revenue growth, sales productivity, pricing, payer mix, and customer economics. Provide executive-level financial reporting and insights with actionable recommendations. Partner with Commercial leaders to set performance targets and monitor against budget and forecast. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. 10+ years FP&A or finance partnering with leadership. Experience in life sciences/biotech/pharma/healthcare with commercial ops. Budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, modeling, and performance management expertise. Influence senior leaders and act as trusted advisor across Commercial, Finance, and functions.
