📋 Description Build, operate, and maintain our Infoblox platform supporting our DDI initiative at Verisign Implement and support monitoring pipelines for DDI platform health to support observability and availability Automate DDI workflows for provisioning, cleanup and compliance enforcement Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for our first-line support teams Ensure compliance with vulnerability management standards and information security standards 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of relevant industry experience Written and verbal communication skills – ability to clearly and succinctly describe complex issues Experience deploying and operating a DDI platform from industry leading vendors in a production environment Experience integrating multiple services with a DDI platform in a enterprise architecture Ability to write scripts in Python or Go that can interact with multiple platforms in an enterprise architecture 🎁 Benefits Dynamic and flexible work environment Competitive benefits Opportunity for career growth Hybrid work arrangement at Reston office
