Occupational Therapist

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated territories. Evaluate patients' functional status and ADL/IADL performance. Assess cognitive, psychological and motor aspects; develop intervention plans. Evaluate home environments for hazards and barriers to independence. Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations. Document observations and evaluations using EMR tools. 🎯 Requirements A current NJ Occupational Therapist license. Prior home care experience preferred, but not required. At least one year of OT experience. Graduation from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA.
