📋 Description Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock AI capabilities to automate and scale support. Embed with strategic customers to understand business challenges and tech needs. Code with customers' technical teams to drive projects to completion. Collaborate with Sales/Success/Product for seamless delivery and feedback. Codify best practices and share insights to help the team scale. 🎯 Requirements Strong engineering background (CS/Math/Software/Physics). SaaS product experience; founders or early startup engineers welcome. Interested in AI/ML; quickly grasp new problems, capabilities, architectures, and trade-offs. Strong cross-functional collaboration; navigate boundaries to achieve outcomes. Proficient in at least one high-level language (JS/Python/Ruby, etc.). Prototype and ship quickly with quality and business focus. Proficient in REST APIs to integrate systems. Strong communicator with engineers and non-technical audiences.
