📋 Description Own the multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap across key clouds and integrations Lead Quote-to-Cash transformation to boost velocity and accuracy Set AI strategy on Salesforce — Agentforce, Einstein, and LLM-powered workflows Establish architectural standards, governance, security, and DevOps maturity Build and grow a team of architects, developers, admins, and analysts Partner with executive GTM, Finance, and Operations to translate priorities into a roadmap 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in enterprise tech with 5+ years leading Salesforce platform teams at Director level or above Experience scaling Salesforce orgs in high-growth B2B with CPQ and Billing in production Track record leading Quote-to-Cash transformations end-to-end Experience applying AI on Salesforce — Agentforce, Einstein, or comparable LLM-powered capabilities Track record building and managing teams of architects, developers, admins, and analysts Deep technical fluency in Salesforce architecture; able to challenge senior architects credibly Broad fluency beyond Salesforce across integrations, data platforms, identity, and adjacent SaaS Strong grasp of modern enterprise architecture concepts — APIs, event-driven integration, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), data warehousing, security 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and 401k with employer match Discretionary paid time off Paid parental leave for all Medical, Dental, Vision plans Learning & Development programs Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
