Facilities Technician II

📋 Description The Facilities Technician II maintains and repairs company facilities. Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems. Respond to work orders and service requests promptly. Inspect facilities for maintenance needs and safety hazards. Operate basic tools safely per OSHA and company standards. Maintain CMMS records of work performed. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years general maintenance or facilities experience preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry. Ability to read and follow instructions, manuals, and schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills; CMMS experience a plus.
