📋 Description Own end-to-end work from definition through long-term support. Design and ship backend systems, data models, and agentic frameworks. Use AI as the primary delivery tool; apply engineering judgment. Improve speed, cost efficiency, and MCP adoption across the platform. Set and reinforce engineering practices via reviews and tests. Mentor developers and share technical context across the team. 🎯 Requirements Production ownership: shipped and supported software customers depend on. Demonstrated MCP server usage and building orchestrated workflows. AI fluency in delivery workflows; use AI to ship faster with quality. Move from ambiguous input to clear, maintainable solutions in large codebases. Strong cross-functional communication to leadership.
