📋 Description Conduct nutrition assessments to identify needs and goals Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans Deliver and document nutrition interventions per orders and plans Oversee menu planning and meal delivery to meet diets and safety rules Manage the nutrition staff: hire, train, mentor Guide intake and enrollment to move participants through the process 🎯 Requirements RD with at least 2 years directing nutrition in healthcare Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification Excellent leadership, organization, and communication with seniors, families, and IDT At least 1 year experience with frail or elderly population 🎁 Benefits Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision) PTO, holidays, and sick days: 17 days PTO, 12 holidays, 6 sick days 401K savings + match Comprehensive compensation package including base pay and bonus And additional benefits
