📋 Description Own configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks. Design and maintain business processes, workflows, and controls across the employee lifecycle. Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption. Design and manage Workday security architecture; ensure audit privacy and data governance standards. Design solutions that support end-to-end processes across systems with access governance and cross-functional workflow orchestration. Build and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to deliver insights across People and Finance. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday expertise. Strong configuration experience in Core HCM and Security. Experience with Workday configuration including Business Process Framework, Security, and Advanced Reporting. Experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design testing and analysis. 🎁 Benefits In-office work 2 days/week if based in Mountain View, CA.
