Senior Engineer, SailPoint IIQ

📋 Description Collaborate with teams to Identify project requirements Develop technical documentation for SailPoint IIQ implementations Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Provide L2/L3 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ environments Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, including P1/P2 issues, within agreed 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and production support. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including installation, configuration, and administration. Troubleshooting experience handling P1/P2 production incidents. Work with XML, SPML, REST/SOAP Web Services, web servers, and application servers. Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and PowerShell.
