📋 Description Lead integration engineer on the Business Systems Engineering team. Collaborate across teams to build globally scalable integrations. Identify issues, build/test integrations; administer Workday and HR platforms. Modify business processes and provide end-user support. Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of global HCM integration experience. HRIS modules (HCM, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Talent); Workday/Greenhouse/ADP. BI/analytics tools like Looker or Tableau. Strategic thinker who aligns tech with business objectives.
