Intake Clinical Counsellor

📋 Description Serve as the first contact for Lyra helpline users. Provide in-the-moment clinical support and crisis management. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and coordinate with emergency services. Conduct clinical intake interviews and triage care pathways. Deliver short-term counseling using CBT or solution-focused therapy. Maintain accurate clinical notes and monitor client progress. 🎯 Requirements Masters in Clinical or Counseling Psychology. RCI registration desirable. 0-4 years of clinical experience; fresh grads encouraged. Bilingual in Hindi and English. Experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or workplace mental health.
