📋 Description Define and maintain the product vision for One Airbnb, Chrome Tab, and Awedience Lead prioritization across inbound requests; decide what to build or decline Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to ship features Build alignment across cross-functional stakeholders including EX, Ground Control, Content, Collaboration, and BizTech Evaluate new product opportunities and propose build/buy/partner options Integrate AI into the product roadmap and define success metrics 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in product management; 2+ years owning platform/multi-surface portfolios Proven ability to set direction independently and deliver results Strong prioritization instincts; hard calls; scope control Excellent communication; build consensus with senior stakeholders Partner with engineering on tech strategy and AI/platform investments Deep cross-functional collaboration; align needs and drive clarity 🎁 Benefits Remote work eligibility in the US; occasional on-site/off-sites as needed Bonus and equity may be offered Employee Travel Credits Disability accommodations available
