Director ACO Operations

📋 Description Launch Chamber's ACO and own its performance as the network scales. Prove the specialty-focused cardiology model using early results. Own CMS submission and enrollment end-to-end with calendar and controls. Serve as the operational and analytic engine of the ACO. Partner with Finance, Provider Network, Clinical, and Product to make it work. 🎯 Requirements 6-10+ years in healthcare operations with value-based care or ACO/managed care. Deep knowledge of Medicare value-based programs (MSSP, ACO REACH, MA) and CMS rules. Track record of independently owning and scaling complex operational initiatives to measurable outcomes. Strong command of payment operations and value-based contract mechanics. Highly analytical and comfortable working directly with large data sets. Clear communicator who distills complex rules into executive takeaways.
