📋 Description Own numerical solutions and algorithms behind GoldSim's engine Push practical improvements to GoldSim's numerical capabilities Participate in design discussions across the full development lifecycle Build GoldSim models for QA and customer needs Partner with founding engineer to formalize modeling methods Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, QA, and stakeholders 🎯 Requirements Masters or PhD in science or engineering with strong academics. Applied math and numerical methods background. Extensive C++ programming experience; familiarity with numerical libraries. Hands-on model-building to validate numerical algorithms. Translate business requirements into technical specs. Experience applying AI/ML to scientific software is a plus. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Experience with Windows desktop apps; MATLAB, R, Tableau is a plus.
