Support engineers to ship high-quality software faster. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years in leadership. 3+ years managing B2B SaaS teams onboarding enterprise/SMB. Data-driven, results-oriented, quick learner across domains. Experience leading agile transformations and process improvements. Strong distributed systems, API design, and backend architecture.
