Process Engineer, Lead/Staff

📋 Description Own end-to-end sample lifecycle from collection to analysis in Remedy Lab. Map steps, measure cycle time and throughput; identify bottlenecks. Define and prioritize automation to improve QA/QC, throughput, scalability. Lab automation: select and integrate equipment to reduce manual touchpoints. Software and data: specify requirements for tracking samples and QA data; partner with software. Scale and continuous improvement: build 24/7 operation foundation and QA/QC. 🎯 Requirements Lead/Staff-level experience in process or lab engineering. Hardware and firmware experience; able to build, integrate, troubleshoot systems. Experience mapping, measuring, and optimizing complex multi-step processes. Track record of moving manual processes toward automation. Comfort defining software and data requirements; partner with engineers.
