Occupational Therapist- Home Health Visits

📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated territories. Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, vision, communication, ADL/IADL. Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; develop intervention plans. Evaluate home environment for hazards to independence. Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations. Document observations and interventions in EMR using a tablet. 🎯 Requirements Indiana Occupational Therapist license. Minimum of one year OT experience. AMA/AOTA-accredited OT program graduation. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
