📋 Description Verifies test requisitions by comparing with nursing station log. Verifies patient identification. Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks. Maintains specimen integrity with aseptic technique and procedures. Tracks specimens with initials, dating, and collection times. 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
