📋 Description Lead end-to-end ML/AI system design and deployment within client environments. Build, deploy, and evolve scalable ML platforms and pipelines. Diagnose and unblock live system integrations in cloud contexts. Set AI-forward engineering standards; promote Claude and Cursor adoption. Embed with client teams to translate business problems into AI designs. Lead design reviews and raise engineering rigor across teams. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of software engineering; 4+ years AI/ML in production; hands-on generative AI. Expert Python (or similar) with scalable, maintainable system design. Deep AWS GenAI and cloud platform expertise. Proven track record shipping complex agentic systems in production. Mastery of AI frameworks and orchestration tools; Docker and Kubernetes. Extensive experience building RAG pipelines: embeddings, vector databases.
