Senior Developer Experience Engineer

📋 Description Build and maintain internal tools, services, APIs, and CLIs. Improve workflows across coding, testing, review, deployment, and production. Create service templates and paved roads for secure, observable software. Improve CI/CD speed, reliability, and usability. Develop reusable platform capabilities for product engineers via self-service. Help engineers use observability with defaults for logs, metrics, traces and SLIs. 🎯 Requirements You are a strong software engineer with experience designing, building, testing, and operating production software. Proficient in at least one modern programming language; fundamentals matter more than language. You understand the software development lifecycle and have improved build, test, deploy, or operate. You can design maintainable systems and make trade-offs between speed, quality and complexity. Some exposure to CI/CD, containers or cloud infrastructure—depth matters less than curiosity.
