Ensure reimbursement activities comply with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders to resolve access issues. Use data analysis to assess access program effectiveness. Travel up to 60% for field activities. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field; Master's a plus. 5-8 years Biotech/Pharma experience with FRM background. Rare disease experience preferred. Able to work independently and in a team. Experience in market access or community services.
