📋 Description Prepare and review work papers, journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics Perform account and variance analysis as requested by management Lead multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions Mentor team members on journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics Identify and lead projects to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations Support the preparation of annual financial reports and assist auditors and tax preparers 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience General understanding of GAAP and internal controls Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office CPA candidate or CPA preferred Experience with NetSuite and Concur
