📋 Description Develop and scale high-throughput CRISPR screens in mouse models. Drive innovation in experimental workflows and screening methods. Collaborate with AI/ML, computational biology, and discovery teams to analyze data. Identify and resolve data-generation challenges: reproducibility, throughput, QC. Independently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality data on time. Maintain records of experiments and findings for internal/external presentations. 🎯 Requirements PhD in molecular biology/genetics/pharmacology; 4+ years postdoc/industry. In vivo genetic manipulation (lentiviral/AAV), mouse handling and colony management. Familiar with perturb-seq and single-cell genomics. Troubleshoot, adapt protocols, and optimize in vivo methods.
