Pharmacy Operations Coordinator

📋 Description Provide support to hospital pharmacy staff for integrated workflows. Support Shields Liaisons in clinics to optimize specialty pharmacy workflows. Educate staff on how the specialty pharmacy model serves patients. Clarify prescription orders with pharmacist or clinician as appropriate. Identify medications requiring special storage or handling (hazardous/refrigerated). Identify supplies for medications such as sharps containers, needles, alcohol swabs, Band-Aids. 🎯 Requirements Licensure: Nationally certified CPhT preferred; certification within time. Required: 3+ years or a Bachelor's; 5-8 years preferred. Strong interpersonal and phone skills; MS Office proficient. Organized, high integrity, detail oriented, dependable, empathetic. Energetic, team player; discretion and confidentiality essential. Specialties: transplant/hepatitis C/infectious disease or oncology a plus. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid schedule available in Portland, OR.
